BDS 10/19/2010

Today in class we had a group critique for our posters, and it was the last time we would have class time to work on our project. I thought the critiques where very helpful in the final steps of our project..I figured out how I am going to place my pictures to make them most visually pleasing and also how I should apply color. As we begin our next project, I think I am going to pick the word squeeeeeze. Thats all for today.

BDS 10/12/2010

In class today we discussed our projects thus far with Margie individually. This was very helpful and it helped clear up some last minute questions. So far I am feeling pretty good about my project. The next step is to figure out where I want to add color in my grid. The lecture on color last night was interesting because I new color was important in selling a product, but now I realize that one of the reasons I may not like an object may very well be because of the color of it. Because the nail polish I am using for the project is red I will probably use red as my accent color.
In other news, I can't wait until fall break.
